EB-Self service environment
In 2013 we are becoming very independent this is by using the internet. There are many ways we can be a self service this is by using online banks, shopping online and comparing websites. Online banking now allows its customers to create new accounts, apply for loans and also take charge your account. We can now as customers do our shopping online and have it delivered we can also compare prices with other shops to find the cheapest product.
A disadvantage with online shopping is that if some items are not in stock, you may not be able to find an alternative online. Using self service online banking is much quicker than having to go into bank and put in or withdraw money.
ReplyDeleteI agree that online shopping is great for the customer as it much more convenient than having to get to the shop, however it isn't good for the employees that work in the shop as the company's actually make more money from internet sales so employees are no longer needed as much so they're losing their jobs because of the increase of internet sales.
ReplyDeleteOne disadvantage of banking online is that if you are unable to work the online website there is none to help you, which could make your visit to the website very long.
ReplyDeleteWe are currently becoming very self efficient within shopping and banking. Like the points made by Adam it can put people out of jobs as shops are not always need just websites and with Hannah's point I believe you are more likely to find stock on a website and you can easily search for things you need.
